The organization is by eras ((1900-1929, 1930-1941, etc.). The book has in some respects been superseded by Kuritzky's 'Collector's Encyclopedia of Bookends,' which is much more comprehensive, but the|About the Author|The authors are avid bookend collectors; Robert and Donna Lee Seecof live in Oxnard, California, and Louis Kuritzky lives in Gainesville, Florida.
